Over 100 thrill-seekers agreed to strip it all on a bare knuckle ride in a new attempt to make it into the Guinness book of world records. 102 enthusiasts decided to come together in order to break a similar record that was earlier set by 32 people in Alton Towers, Staffordshire.
“102 enthusiasts that stripped off for a Green Scream rollercoaster in Essex were all geared up for this ride,” a local media group reported. When approached the organizer of this event, he said, “We are raising funds for a charity by doing this. Every penny that we make today shall be donated to Southend hospital.”
Organizer Tracy Jones added, “We wanted to raise as much money as possible for this brilliant charity and give everybody who was brave enough, the chance to be part of the world record. Consequently, we had to run the Naked Rollercoaster three times.” The ride was organized at Adventure Island, which aimed at raising money for Southend Hospital Charitable Foundation’s Bosom Pals Appeal. Both nudists and non-nudists are welcome to join it. It’s also a chance for single nudists to meet nudist partner.
Boss of Adventure Island Philip Miller said that people had travelled all the way from the United Kingdom to participate in the event. In addition to this, they have given great feedback and shared their amazing experiences. People have also shared their experiences about cancer and were willing to offer something back.
Barbara Warner, a person associated with Bosom Pals agreed to the fact that it takes a lot of courage to strip it all before global media and come up in support of a charity event. Eventually, the organizers collected 22 grand that would be used for a very vital cause. There have been many such events that linked nudism with charity. However, none of those events could ever find its way into the Guinness book for world records.
The organizers of this event vowed to conduct similar events in the near future and spread awareness about cancer and how it can be dealt with. The charitable trust has also been receiving financial assistance from leading health organization worldwide. While creating another world record might not be on their priority list, the organization would certainly be head over heels to make people more educated about the horrors of cancer.
